'FernBorough started with a straightforward ambition: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family opened our little, intimate pizzeria in 1985, passing down cherished family recipes through the generations.

After learning the craft of pizza creation from skilled pizzaiolos in Naples, Italy's pizza cradle, our progenitor, Marco Bianchi, aimed to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza back in the UK. She insisted on using age-old techniques and top-tier ingredients.

Our once humble 12-seat eatery has evolved into a community-favorite brand, yet our promise to premium, authentic products has remained unshaken. We continue to bake our pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare fresh dough every day, and select only the best ingredients available.

Presently, 'FernBorough is still a family venture, with the Bianchi's next generation ushering our dedicated crew. Despite incorporating some contemporary innovations, the essence of our enterprise hasn't changed: we create delectable, authentic pizzas that gather folks around.
